Installing WordPress on 1and1.com - Followup
Today, in response to several readers who noticed, I edited the fifth and final post in the series to complete the instructions for installing WordPress on 1and1.com.
If you have completed the previous five steps in this series, you should now have a working WordPress blog. The instructions may also be modified as required for installation on other hosts.
If you were not successful, help is available. If you purchased a 1and1 account from a link on this website, I will answer individual questions if you contact me on the following form, or a complete installation will be done for you for $20.00 payable by PayPal. Just indicate your needs and contact details on the form below.
If you did not purchase your 1and1 hosting account from a link on this site, you may submit a question as above, but a complete install will be done for $30.00, also payable by PayPal.

Hi there,
I'd like to check if you are still offering Wordpress installation services for the 1and1 Hosting.
I didn't get the link on your site, but am nonetheless stuck with a 1and1.com hosting account, so I would be on the $30 plan right?
Does this also include the .htaccess file for the permalinks to be pretty?
I'm looking to have this done ASAP if possible.
